Food: The food was good, but it has definitely gone downhill since they moved from their Pell Street location. The Shanghai style noodles and stir fried rice cakes don't seem as authentic as they used to be. Soup dumplings are still very tasty and well made. Service: Service was good. They are well-staffed and there is always someone walking around in case you need something. They also automatically add an 18% service fee to the bill so be sure not to double tip! Ambiance: Restaurant is spacious, new and modern. Seating is comfortable. Good for both small and large groups.

Best and highest quality Chinese food in Chinatown. Everyone comes to devour their pork and pork and crab soup dumplings, but anything you order here will be a hit! We ordered pork soup dumplings, garlicky string beans, garlic eggplant, general tso chicken, and another chicken dish- all very flavorful and prepared well. I would make a special trip to come back here- good, simple, tasty Chinese American food. Are too fast so no photos but will upload them next time I come. Service is fast and it's always crowded, but turnover is fast so you won't wait for long. Cash only!

A visit to this restaurant demands an order of their famous soup dumplings, made fresh to order and served in hot bamboo steamers. Each dumpling features a pork meatball and savory broth, while the braised eggplant offers a balance of saltiness, sweetness, and savoriness. The fried rice is ok. The wait staff doesn't seem to understand English that much but you know you are in the right place and know the food is authentic and good.

This is my first time at this location. So when you get to the restaurant, you walk in and ask for a ticket to be seated. Because it seems as though there is a line with the people waiting outside, but I guess they're tourists looking at the menu. Bathroom is in the basement. My friends and I all ordered a number of different dishes and they were all tasty. I really enjoyed the jellyfish and the soup dumplings. Though I probably should have asked for more ginger and soy, vinegar. It was all quite good and fast. This was a better soup dumpling experience than my last time in Chinatown.

Delicious soup dumplings. Between the pork and crab, I preferred the crab. My favorite dish though was the salt and pepper soft shelled crab. Our waiter was very attentive. We went on a Thursday evening for dinner as a party of 6 and waited around 20 minutes before getting seated. Atmosphere was casual. This place is cash only but they do have an ATM inside if needed

Was here for lunch on a Sunday and luckily got seated right away though right after a line formed so I'd say to expect at least a bit of a wait usually. Service was a mixed bag. For example they'll go ahead and take out the chopsticks for you but then throw it on your plate. Also, FYI as others mentioned, there's an 18% service charge added and it's cash only. Food was pretty good. We ordered noodles, beef with string beans, soup dumplings, and shrimp fried rice and everything was flavorful. Food came out relatively quickly too which was nice. The place itself was clean and bustling with lots of groups and an overall family friendly energy (at least for lunch). I'd say 3.5ish/5 but rounding up to 4 when also considering the value.
